Our hotel construction, located in Manavgat Çenger Tourism Zone, has started to be constructed with a surface area of 10,762 m² and 320 rooms, in 242 Island 7 Plot, 40% of which has been completed and it is built on pile foundations.
Necessary negotiations have been made for approximately 7.000 m² of the treasury to be rented between the main road and our land. In addition, the hotel is reserved as a green area in the zoning plans of Manavgat Municipality on the eastern border of the construction. Since there will not be any construction in this area, this area can be rented from the relevant municipality. It is the responsibility of the Manavgat municipality.
The total net m2 we rented from the Treasury and the amount to be paid annually Since the construction has not been completed, lease agreements have not been made and the net area and rental costs are not known at the moment.
The part that comes to the front of our deeded property of the parcel no. 242/8 is the area to be rented.
On the Beach, on the other hand, depending on the age of the bed, an area will be rented in Ecri and the zoning status in this area is 0.05%.
Incentive Certificate Available.
Due to the fact that it is a road, necessary negotiations have been made for tunnel passage permits, and if desired, special tunnels can be built within the hotel usage area. It is located in the existing tunnels for the neighboring units to reach the sea.
